Horse Agility & Liberty Training

Let go of the rope and develop a deeper connection with your horse based on trust and understanding. At AZ Horse Agility, we teach you how to safely let go of the rope and still maintain a connection with your horse. In the beginning, you will learn how to listen to your horse and read his/her body language as you mindfully guide your horse through a series of obstacles with a loose rope. As you and your horse begin to build a language together, we will remove the ropes and continue to advance the conversation while building confidence and trust. All the while building self-confidence, teamwork and leadership skills.

Strength and Balance Training

By nature horses carry more weight on their front legs. An unbalanced horse is very difficult to ride and this can lead to an array of problems including spooking, bucking, rearing and the list goes on including possible injury to the horse. Through in-hand balance and strength training we can teach the horse to become better balanced and connected. A balanced horse is very comfortable to ride, connected mentally and much more likely to maintain soundness over time.
